Before applying, please ensure you are familiar with the Saint Bernard Fanciers of Canada By-laws, Constitution, and Code of Ethics. All new members will be considered Associate Members for one full year from the time their application is accepted. They shall have rights, privileges and obligations, EXCEPT voting and office-holding privileges.
